We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal and Apple Pay.

If you decide to use PayPal or Apple Pay you’ll be taken to either the PayPal website or Apple Pay system, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

All orders are processed and shipped from the MANNI DIARDO warehouse in Melbourne.

We offer fast turn-around shipping for all orders, you'll receive a Tracking Number from MANNI DIARDO as soon as your package is shipped. 

All orders are shipped within 1 working day.

Australian Orders: Free Shipping with Australia Post including Tracking Number.

Allow 2-4 working days for you to receive your order within Australia.

We currently only serve the Australian market. International visitors please express your interest at admin@mannidiardo.com.au.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered. Postage fees will be calculated at the Check Out.

If your order value is more than $80, we provide free standard shipping within the Australia.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or you can download the Shop app from the Google Play or Apple App Store to keep track of your order.

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Exchange requests must be placed within 30 days of purchase.
